Mail in for registration for 2008 season:
   Step 1. Print and fill out the registration form.
   Step 2. Include payment ($75 for first girl, $35 for each sister, and any donation, if desired) If mailed after December 15, 2007 include $25 late fee per child. 
   Step 3. Mail form and fee to:

   NOTE: Girls who played last year but were unable to attend in-person registration will have pre-printed registration form mailed to them. They must mail their registration by December 15, 2007 to avoid the late fee.
